The long answer
At Enterprise, you don't need to buy insurance, as we provide damage coverage included in the cost of your rental. Damage coverage comes with a deductible. This is the amount you are required to pay in case of accidental damage or theft of the vehicle.
You have the opportunity to reduce this deductible to €0 by subscribing to additional coverage and have peace of mind.
These coverages are not insurance. The only insurance Enterprise offers is Personal Effects Coverage (PEC). PEC insures Renter’s and Renter’s passenger’s personal effects subject to the terms and conditions of the policy (policy documents are available upon request and contain more detail) and may be available for purchase at an additional cost. This insurance is optional and covered by the insurance company Zurich.
